This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the services provided by Maruti Exch. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Provisions

Maruti Exch is committed to providing high-quality IT services to its clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of services or requests for refunds. This policy is designed to address such situations in a fair and transparent manner.

2. Service Agreements

All services provided by Maruti Exch are subject to a service agreement or statement of work that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms specific to each project. The terms outlined in the specific service agreement take precedence over this general policy in case of any conflict.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel services that have been agreed upon, the following terms apply:

  • Prior to Project Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost may be charged to cover administrative costs and resource allocation.
  • During Project Execution: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, plus a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining project value.
  • Near Project Completion (75% or more complete): If you cancel when the project is 75% or more complete, full payment for the entire project is required.

3.2. Cancellation by Maruti Exch

Maruti Exch reserves the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment of invoices
  • Breach of the terms and conditions of service
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Request for services that are illegal, unethical, or beyond our capabilities

In such cases, we will notify you in writing of the cancellation and the reasons thereof. You will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3.3. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@marutiexch.shop, clearly stating your intention to cancel and the reasons for cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days and initiate the cancellation process as per the terms outlined above.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If Maruti Exch fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe (without valid reasons for delay)
  • If the delivered services substantially fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to rectify the issues within a reasonable timeframe
  • If Maruti Exch cancels the services for reasons other than client breach or non-payment

4.2. Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Initial deposits or setup fees
  • Services that have already been delivered and accepted
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, software licenses)
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges

4.3. Refund Process and Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@marutiexch.shop within 30 days of service delivery or the identification of issues that may warrant a refund. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, the following timeline applies:

  • For payments made by credit/debit card: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • For payments made by bank transfer: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

4.4. Partial Refunds

In cases where some services have been delivered satisfactorily while others have not, Maruti Exch may offer a partial refund proportionate to the services that did not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Modification of Services

Instead of cancellation or refund, we encourage clients to consider modifications to the scope of services when possible. This approach often provides a more satisfactory resolution for both parties. Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and costs.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be addressed through mediation or as outlined in the dispute resolution clause of the service agreement.

7. Changes to This Policy

Maruti Exch reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
